The following is a list of policies that are followed. We do NOT duplicate keys clearly marked Do Not Duplicate, Unlawful to Duplicate, Do Not Copy, or any variations thereof. When opening or working on a house/business or vehicle the customer MUST provide us with proper identification and documentation of ownership/leasing of the vehicle and or property i.e. insurance, registration title, utility bill. While working on safes, pictures WILL BE taken for documentation of work. Bottom Line - If we are doing any work we will need documentation of ownership or authority to do so of the item.
